FOR COMPANIES
Change, that actually lands, when the old fixes have run out.
Guiding companies through restructuring, mergers, and cultural transformation.

For Businesses
The decision’s made. The org chart’s redrawn. Cue the drumroll..and nothing moves.
Most transformations don’t fail on strategy. They fail in the gap between announcement and buy-in: Where people go quiet, the mood tips, the project stalls, and nobody says why.
That’s where Tallet comes in. We say what the expensive slides leave out: Change people don’t carry isn’t change. It’s a plan that wins on paper and loses in the room.
Tallet guides companies through change, restructuring and transformation at exactly that point: Where people build walls, out of fear, out of habit, out of self-protection. Tallet doesn’t tear them down. Tallet understands them, and then turns walls into bridges. Tallet names the uncomfortable things instead of glossing over them. And Tallet stays until the change isn’t just decided but actually carried.
Topics Emma speaks about
Leading through the in-between: when the old is over and the new hasn’t yet arrived.
Why transformations fail in people’s heads, not in the plan.
Artificial intelligence, emotional intelligence, and what we’re busy unlearning.
Turning walls into bridges: Making sense of resistance.

How the Process Works
First Consultation
Thirty minutes on what’s really going on right now: No pitch, no pressure. You tell me where it’s hard, what’s changing, and what you’re unsure about.
Assessment
I listen, make sense of it, and show how strategy, leadership, team dynamics and communication are pulling on each other.
Support
Depending on what you need, I work with leaders, teams or individuals: Coaching, workshops, or as a sparring partner through the change.
Embedding
We put down what’s become clearer, which next steps make sense, and how the change actually takes root in the everyday.
Bringing in International Professionals
You found the right person. You signed the contract. And that’s where the real risk starts.
Recruiting an international specialist takes months and often costs five figures. But what decides success or failure comes after the first few weeks, when the “new colleague” either becomes part of the team or a quiet source of friction nobody names out loud.
This is where hires that looked perfect on paper come apart, not on qualifications, but on the unwritten rules that are second nature to your team and completely invisible to a newcomer.
Because “direct feedback” in Germany reads as respect, and somewhere else reads as an attack. Because nobody’s translating. Not the language, nor the culture.
As a Brit who arrived in a foreign culture herself, Emma guides both sides through the transition: The specialist, and the team receiving them. Until two cultures actually work together.
You’ve invested in this person. Let’s make the investment pay off for them and for your team.
What that looks like
● German for professionals language that helps in the actual working day, not “certificate German.”
● English & communication for the team confidence in working together before language becomes the barrier.
● Intercultural mediation for both sides building understanding before misunderstandings harden into conflict.
● Ongoing support through onboarding one point of contact for months, not just on day one.
Getting started with AI
Some haven’t started. Others bought a tool nobody uses. Same spot, really: they don’t know where to actually begin.
AI isn’t just an IT project. It’s a transition and like every transition, it doesn’t fail on the technology. It fails in the in-between: between “we really should get to this” and “we’re actually using it.” Between outside pressure and what your business genuinely needs.
That’s where Tallet comes in earlier than most. Not with “which tool,” but with the question that comes first: Is AI even worth it for you, and if so, where do you start?
How Tallet supports you
● Orientation — before any tool is on the table, we work out where AI would make a real difference and where it’d just be expensive box-ticking. For companies who can feel the change coming but don’t know where to start.
● Assessment — which processes actually support an AI rollout? What data and structures are in place, and what’s missing?
● System advice — choosing the right tools, without the hype, based on what you genuinely need.
● Rollout support — designing it so it becomes part of the working day instead of gathering dust.
● Getting people on board — everyone, including the sceptics. Because AI half the workforce is afraid of isn’t efficiency. It’s a new source of conflict.
Tallet stays until the new system is running, not just until the software’s installed. That difference decides whether your investment becomes real change or one more unused licence.

Keynotes
Every company has seen the transformation slides. None of them show what it does to the people.
What every slide leaves out: the moment the old is over and the new isn’t here yet — or doesn’t even have a name — and your people are standing right in it. That’s what Emma Bushin-Reimann talks about.
Her keynotes live in the threshold: Why we fear transitions, why organisations want to skip them, and why that’s exactly where a transformation is won or lost. Clear, personal, and with real weight behind it.
