COACHING · CHANGE MANAGEMENT · FUNERAL SPEECHES
Tallet.
Where endings become beginnings.
Tallet offers life-transition coaching for people in the thick of change, support for leaders steering their organisations through it, and funeral speeches that sound like the person they’re for not like everyone else.

The Threshold Period
There’s a moment no plan accounts for: Something has ended: A strategy, a structure, a chapter of your life and something new hasn’t started yet, or doesn’t have a name yet.
At Tallet it’s called the threshold. And it’s exactly where change is won or lost. Most people want to just get through it as fast as possible. Tallet stays in it because the threshold isn’t a standstill. It’s where the actual work happens.
Tallet walks people and organisations through their transitions: change and transformation in companies, personal turning points, new chapters.
Here at Tallet, we call this time the threshold period. And it is precisely there that the success of change is decided. Most people want to get through it as quickly as possible. We stay right there because the threshold period isn’t a standstill—it’s the place where the real work happens.
Tallet supports people and organizations through their transitions: change management and transformation in companies, personal life changes, and career shifts.

The Mission
We believe that transitions are not a problem to be overcome as
Tallet believes transitions aren’t a problem to get past as fast as possible. They’re where the real change happens. Tallet makes that place bearable, and useful, for people and organisations alike.
The name carries a simple promise: Tallet walks with you. From the end to the beginning.
The name embodies a philosophy: We’re here to support you.
From the end to the beginning.
How Emma Works
Emma goes straight in instead of talking around it. She names the uncomfortable things instead of smoothing them over. And she stays until the new way holds, not just until the slides are finished. This isn’t consulting from a safe distance, this is real support: Emma works shoulder to shoulder with the people every change actually depends on.
MY BLOG
The Turning Times
Short essays on transition, leadership, and the small rituals that get us through everyday life.
Most coaches hand you a perspective and a toolkit. With Tallet you get four things that don’t usually sit at the same table: Years of experience in HR and organisational development, real depth in change and transformation, a psychologist’s read on what pressure does to people and experience in grief and funerals, where transitions are at their hardest.
That’s not only a huge stack of certificates. It’s the reason Emma sees what others miss: A change process in a company and a personal upheaval are, the same thing, underneath. The old no longer holds and the new isn’t here yet. People who only know one side treat the symptoms. Emma works at the threshold itself.
And one more thing: Most people want to get you out of the in-between as fast as possible set a goal, think positive, move on. We go in with you. For us the in-between isn’t a state to breathe away. It’s where the work is.
Yes. That’s Tallet’s territory too. The vague sense that “something isn’t right anymore” doesn’t need a tidy diagnosis to be taken seriously. Usually the feeling arrives before the words for it and then that’s the right moment, not the wrong one.
Both, and that’s the whole point. Pure process consulting forgets that people drive change. Pure psychology forgets that a company has numbers, structures and deadlines. Tallet puts back together what most people offer in separate boxes: The hard mechanics of change, and what it does to the humans inside it.
That depends on the change. Support through one critical and acute phase can be a few weeks; a real cultural shift takes months. What Tallet doesn’t do is stretch a process out to keep the invoice running. Tallet stays as long as it takes and step back once you’re steady on your feet.
Honest answer: It depends what you need. A single coaching session isn’t a months-long transformation for a team, and a retreat isn’t a keynote. Tallet doesn’t have an off-the-shelf price list, not because we’re cagey, but because an off-the-shelf programme would be the opposite of how we work.
What you can count on: The first conversation is free and no-strings are attached. In it we’ll set out scope, format and cost, clearly and specifically, before you decide anything. So you know what you’re walking into from the start.
